Her name is Reaper. She's a Spirit elemental Unicorn.
Her job is to guide lost and passed on souls into the after life. She stands at the gates between the two worlds to prevent unwanted entry and to protect the souls from straying away.

Those who have a near death experience may come face to face with this mythical unicorn.
